Three Dodge Vipers, including the World Record 240 MPH A.R.T. Ballista Twin Turbo

Austin is home to many Dodge Vipers, but I’m sure these three are the meanest you will meet anywhere in town or in the world. All three are modified by American Racing Technology, out of Buda, TX. The carbon fiber wrapped monster includes the Ballista Twin Turbo package, producing 1800 HP. The matte black Viper is a race ready ACR-X and the orange Viper is an ACR set up for the street with a clean, attractive interior and a sizable sound system. This shoot is from The Texas Mile, a bi-annual competition held at the Golliad Industrial Airpark: “3 Days, 1 Mile, No Speed Limit.” The first video below shows the 240.9 MPH run of the Ballista Twin Turbo, setting the World Record for fastest Viper.
